Did you know…

That it is forbidden to carry out or have carried out the application of (synthetic) pesticides? 

Indeed, only pesticides with low environmental impact and biopesticides can be used by you or contractors.

That contractors applying pesticides must be registered with the City?

Without a valid annual registration certificate, they cannot offer such services on Perrotdamois territory. In addition, they must have the necessary permits and certificates issued by the MELCC. Do not hesitate to ask them for a copy. You can check out the list below.

That pesticide application must be done Monday to Saturday between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.?

Outside these hours, permission from the City is required.

That a poster must be placed immediately after the application of pesticides?

It must comply with Article 72 of the Pesticides Management Code and must be left in place for a minimum of 72 hours.

That any contractor carrying out work related to the application of pesticides must use a vehicle duly identified in his name?

Without exception. We want to make sure that we can easily identify the entrepreneurs working on the territory.
